                                                ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

                                                            JULY 26, 2012

10:00 A.M.      Called meeting to order. Present: Paula B. Keefe, Ellen W. Abelson and

                        Mark J. Mazur.

1. The Board approved as amended the minutes from their July 12, 2012

meeting.

2. The Board signed a County Tax Commitment for Fiscal Year 2012.

3. The Board approved an agreement to have G & K Associates update our

Personal Property accounts for Fiscal Year 2013.

4. The Board took the following actions on Fiscal Year 2013 applications for

Exemptions for the owners of the following parcels:

                        Parcel #           70-128             Clause 41C      Approved

                        Parcel #           94-77               Clause 41C      Approved

                        Parcel #           130-25             Clause 41C      Approved

                        Parcel #           33-5                 Clause 41A     Approved

                        Parcel #           87-5                 Clause 22        Approved

5. The Board decided to hold their next meeting on Monday, August 13, 2012 at 10:00 A.M.
